How the Summit works:

Summit Program:  The program is made up of a number of workshops, one-to-one meetings, keynotes and roundtable sessions that run either as standalone or concurrently over the two days. You will have the opportunity to pre-select your sessions closer to the event along with the companies you would like to meet with for the one-to-one meetings.

Networking: Make the most of your time at the event by engaging with your peers and suppliers over the two days.

One-to-one meetings: You have the opportunity to meet with our carefully selected industry suppliers through a 30 minute face-to-face meeting at a scheduled time during the Summit. You will need to select up to 7 suppliers you would like to meet with when creating your personalised itinerary. More details about the one-to-one meetings will be sent to you via email.

Cancellation Policy


    a.       Media Corp International has invited you to this event as a complimentary VIP guest and has prepared all programs, meetings, food and beverage for your requirement. Should you be unable to attend, you must notify Media Corp International in writing to ohsleaders@mediacorpinternational.com 
     b.      Full cancellations, must be provided to Media Corp International at least 30 days prior to the summit taking place. If for whatever reason this is provided to Media Corp International after the 30 day period, a cancellation fee of USD $1,000 will apply if you decide to cancel from the event.
     c.    To ensure you are not charged with a cancelation fee Media Corp International will allow you to replace your VIP ticket with another executive from within your organisation who is in a higher or equal position to you.
