Cancellation Policy

     a.     Focus Network has invited you to this event as a complimentary VIP guest and has prepared all programs, meetings, food and beverages for your requirement. Should you be unable to attend, you must notify Focus Network in writing to info@focusnetwork.co
     b.     Cancellations must be submitted to Focus Network at least 30 days prior to the forum taking place. If for whatever reason this is provided to Focus Network after the 30 day period, a cancellation fee of $1,000 AUD will apply if you decide to cancel from the event.
     c.    To ensure you are not charged with a cancellation fee Focus Network will allow you to replace your VIP ticket with another executive from within your organisation who is in a higher or equal position as you.
